How to...

Fill in the forms on this site -

• To Start filling in either of our forms, point you mouse to the drop-down menu at the top and left-click on the little arrow.

• This will show a list of options to choose from.

• Use you mouse pointer to select one, and it should appear in the box.

• For the check boxes, simply left-click inside a box to select it - left-click again to deselect.

• To fill in your details, point your mouse to the first empty field box and left-click your mouse. See an EXAMPLE FORM filled in.

• When the cursor starts to flash in the box, type in your name.

• You can use the TAB key on your keyboard to move on to the next field.

• DO NOT press the ENTER key on your keyboard until you have completed the form.

• When you have completed the form, use your mouse to left-click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

• Your details will then be emailed to us and we will reply as soon as possible.

• Alternatively, you can print out the form by left-clicking on the PRINT icon at the top of your browser window, and either post or fax the form to us.

• If you should make a mistake, and wish to start again, simply click the CLEAR FORM button at the bottom and this will reset the form, ready for you to start again.

...Add us to your Favourites List -

 

If you are a Club member and wish to visit our site regularly to check the League Tables, the Social Calendar, or even the Weather Forecast in our area, then you can add our site to your Favourites List, so that you are only ever a click away from finding us! Follow these simple instructions below, and our site will always be instantly accessible to you....

• Make sure our HOME PAGE is selected in your Browser window, and our address is correct (http://www.clydebankanddistrictgolfclub.co.uk)

• Using you mouse, select "FAVOURITES" from the top of your Browser Window Toolbar.

• A drop-down list will appear, showing any favourites already pre-selected for your browser, and two other options, "ADD TO FAVOURITES" and "ORGANISE FAVOURITES"

• Use you mouse pointer to select "ADD TO FAVOURITES", and a small box should appear in front of the window. (Fig. 1)

• This box will show a list of folders where you can place our site, or you can create a new folder by left-clicking you mouse on the button marked "NEW FOLDER"

• You will then be given the chance to name this new folder in the "NAME" box.

• Type in the name you wish to give the folder and it will appear in the list.

• You can use the TAB key on your keyboard to move on to the next field.

• Select the folder from the list, and the yellow "FOLDER" icon will change from being "CLOSED" to "OPEN".

• Use you mouse to click on the "OK" button, and our site will automatically be added to your folder.

• All you have to do when you wish to visit our site again is connect to the Internet, open you browser,then open the folder from your favourites list, and click on our site.
